How this website handles requests and usage information.

Demo requests and email drafts

When secure direct sending is available, choosing Send demo request submits your name, email address, optional company and message to our server. After spam checks, Resend handles an email to Stained Glass LLC at admin@stainglasscrm.com. The form does not add a record to a customer workspace or save entries in browser storage. Request details can be retained in our email services and mailbox so we can respond.

You can also prepare an email draft entirely in the page’s memory. Preparing a draft does not submit the fields to our server. Opening the draft passes its contents to your email app; sending it shares them with our team. We use requests to respond and discuss the relevant workflow. Neither option subscribes you to a mailing list. Please avoid confidential customer data, passwords and sensitive personal information.

Spam protection

Direct sending uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check for automated abuse. Cloudflare can process browser, device and connection information needed for that check. Our server validates the check before sending a request. Short-lived protected identifiers derived from connection and email information support submission limits, and Resend receives a protected identifier to avoid duplicate sends. We do not send automatic confirmation emails to visitor-supplied addresses.

Website usage and diagnostics

The website uses PostHog for explicit usage events and Sentry for error diagnostics and configured session replay. These services can process page navigation, browser and device information, event timing and technical connection information. On the canonical public website, PostHog uses memory-based persistence with autocapture and session recording disabled; these settings do not create a persistent PostHog analytics cookie.

Our custom marketing events record the page, demo choice, whether a request draft was prepared or opened, and whether a direct request was accepted for email delivery. They do not contain names, email addresses, companies, messages or the email draft URL. The demo-request form and its preview are excluded from capture and replay. Existing Sentry replay settings mask input values and text; URL query strings and fragments are stripped from configured analytics and diagnostic fields.

Email, hosting and your choices

The site is hosted on Vercel. Direct form requests use Cloudflare for spam checks and Resend for email delivery. Email drafts you choose to send use your email provider and our mailbox provider. Hosting, email and diagnostic services can process information needed to deliver and operate those services.
